Description

The Business Systems Analyst Senior will provide/support program management, providing a range of support functions to a multi-national intelligence headquarters with emphasis on information systems, personnel finance, procurement, and processes supporting logistics.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Facilities management to include acquiring supplies/commodities, tracking facilities upgrade plans, and performing day-to-day liaison with base support organizations, including, but not limited, to the JAC Directorate or Support. Base Civil Engineering Squadron and commercial vendors as required.
  • Provide Executive Officer support, ensuring the needs of the NIFC Command Section are met.
  • Attend required meetings or telecoms and synchronize all tasks with Command.
  • Provide brief preparation and/or conduct briefings as required in support of the Command Section.
  • Provide support with program management and automation of the NIFC shared (multi-national) budget, and coordinate and liaise with NATO ministries of defense on the status of their contributions as required.
  • Provide program management support of automation of procurements, acquisitions, and contract management, ensuring compliance with NIFC and NATO as required.
  • Ensure the smooth running and operations of normal maintenance and upgrades to the NIFC facility, systems and software, infrastructure, and furnishings.
  • Advise Government POCs on requirements and project status for facility, facility' systems and software, facility infrastructure, and furnishing upgrades.
  • Manage all logistical support systems and solutions for operations of NIFC personnel in the UK or at deployed locations.
  • Coordinate/support the visit(s) of distinguished and working level visitors to the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre.
  • Provide staff support/coordination for NIFC events.
  • Assist the NIFC Commander and other NIFC leaders in arranging visits,
    conferences, and meetings, including for personnel visiting NIFC and for NIFC
    personnel visiting elsewhere.
  • Assist the NIFC administrative team with quality-of-life issues for NATO
    personnel and their acclimatization to living and working in the UK as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external organizations as required to support the Command Section.
  • Assist with/support logistics events, exercises, parking arrangements, special accommodations as needed.
  • Draft, execute, and provide reports on multi-national contributions to the NIFC shared budget.
  • Plan and execute NIFIC Senior Personnel Resource committee (SPRC) meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
