The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to HR and night shift managers. Schedule: 9 hours Mon - Friday (1 hr lunch) Responsibilities: Recruiting (post internal/external jobs, schedule interviews, assist with onboarding, drug screen and background checks) Employee Relations (assist managers in consulting employees and documentation) Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
