I.T. Help Desk 

Description

The Help Desk's role is to provide first level I.T. help desk support to the organization's users, assisting them with hardware and software issues via phone, e-mail or in person. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical issues. Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Administers user accounts and access rights to various systems. Performs various administrative duties and any additional job-related duties as needed.

 
Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, one year job experience or equivalent education/training in administrative or help desk environment and Mississippi Gaming Permit required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in related technology field preferred.
