Position Summary:
As a Concierge at Edgewood Tahoe, you are in a position that is highly valued in creating lasing memories for our guests. You have the opportunity to explore your own creativity while making our guests visions come to life. You serve as the guest liaison for both hotel and non-hotel services. You assist with the front desk when needed. Know how to provide concise and accurate directions. Make reservations for all activities as outlined in our service manual for both on-premise and off-premise adventures such as booking dinner reservations, arranging transportation, rental of skis, obtaining event tickets etc. Use hotel contacts and businesses to fulfill any request a guest may have during the course of their stay.
