A B.S. or B.A. degree in field of study, or specialized banking education and training in related field.


  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience required.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Proven Sales Leadership
  • Data Analysis

  • Dynamic Interpersonal skills, group presentations, multi-channel communication and professional sales skills.
  • Customer relationship management software, and client onboarding and retention experience

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the identification, integration and optimization of innovative sales initiatives and dynamic growth opportunities for multiple business lines through traditional and non-traditional delivery channels including AI.

Essential Duties

Optimization of Business Line Key Initiatives

  • Works hand-in-hand with the CEO and Business Line Leaders to identify and implement sales strategies, objectives, and initiatives to deliver business line and corporate growth goals.
  • Works with Business Line Leaders to optimize the integration of key data and sales strategies to deliver break-through results.
  • Participates with OSM (Office of Strategic Management) in the annual budgeting and strategic thinking/planning process to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and resource planning.
  • Leads appropriate Operating Mechanisms required to deliver seamless communication to all staff.
  • Attends Business Line Leaders sales meetings to identify and confirm key sales processes to deliver each Business Lines growth goals.

Knowledge Sharing

  • Works with BLLs to optimize interdependencies to drive growth initiatives
  • Drives cross-pollenization of sales initiatives
  • Leads sales training initiatives for each business line and department

Project Management Office

  • Integrates with and participates in PMO meetings to ensure appropriate platform alignment.
  • Works closely with CEO and Office of Strategic Management and Business Line Leaders to prioritize initiatives across business lines.
  • Participates with CEO and OSM to drive capital investment budget cycle.

CRM System

  • Works hand-in-glove with the Integration Team Leader with the development, identification and then monetarization of key initiatives for the CRM platform (nCino and Salesforce) across each business lines and corporation.
  • Provides training for CRM module

On Boarding

  • Assists BLL and HR Training and Development Officer and with the conceptualization, identification and integration of bank-wide on-boarding initiatives including commercial, retail, mortgage and wealth management lines of business

Additional Duties

  • Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
  • Coordinates departmental tasks with coworkers inside and outside the department in order to ensure an efficient process and the completion of essential tasks needing proper segregation of duties.
  • Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; complies information as necessary or as directed and provides date to appropriate bank personnel.
  • Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within give time frames and within established policy.
  • Provides regular weekly reports to the CEO and other groups as necessary/required.
  • Leadership Duties: Organizes, schedules, and distributes work among assigned personnel.
  • Keeps personnel informed of pertinent policies and procedures affecting the department and/or their jobs; creates an atmosphere in which upward communication from employees is encouraged.
  • Administers personnel policies and procedures as established by bank policy.

Ancillary Duties

  • Performs tasks that are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job and ones that may be altered, re-designed or amended depending upon individual or departmental circumstances.
