Share Email Opening Title Acquisition Analyst  Category Contracts/Acquisitions   Description The Acquisition Analyst will provide valid, supportable research analysis from Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency acquisition regulations. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provides pre-award services functions involving highly specialized, high volume/moderate value, and complex procurements of significant importance. Pre-Award Acquisition Support includes advice, recommendations, and document preparation to include; PWSs, SOWs & SOOs Justification and Approval Exceptions to Fair Opportunities Acquisition Strategy and Support, Milestones Evaluation Criteria Cost Estimates Market Research and Market Surveys Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans RFPs and RFQs, and Miscellaneous pre-award documentation Relationship building. Communication across organization and program office - both written and verbal. Multi-tasking in an environment that requires the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate impacts of analysis, and document results of efforts in real-time. Development of supporting documentation. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
