Share Email Opening Title PAD Lead  Description Oversees the daily operation of the Public Area Department. Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas, parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators. Assists PAD Manager and Asst. Manager with various tasks as assigned.   Position Requirements Require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to two years experience as custodial worker. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively. Ability to apply math functions. Ability to work well under time constraints.
