Provide assessment, group therapy, individual and family counseling, and general recovery support to LGBTQ+ adults with substance use issues in the behavioral health program. The IOP therapist will be expected to use advanced knowledge of recovery principles for the assessment and treatment of individuals with alcohol and drug use and/or dependency. Active participation with the recovery team to coordinate care.   Position Requirements PA LCSW with Direct experience providing substance use recovery services. Must be culturally competent to work with groups from diverse racial, educational, socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Knowledge of and experience with managed care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills. Strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail. Strong organizational skills; and computer literacy. Ability to work independently and effectively, taking initiative, to meet deadlines.
