The Permanency Supervisor oversees the Permanency Workers and the cases assigned to them. They are responsible for documentation and necessary paperwork related to the supervision of the Permanency Workers. The Permanency Supervisor will maintain contact with foster and adoptive families, monitoring compliance with agency policies and procedures. The Permanency Supervisor will ensure that their supervisees have received all necessary orientation and training. They will be involved in adoption program development and ensure that positive inter-agency communication is maintained. The Permanency Supervisor will develop relationships with outside agencies. The Permanency Supervisor will work within the requirements of the SWAN program and Adoption Departments in the County CYS organizations throughout the state.   Position Requirements MSW with a minimum of two years of experience in casework and experience working in the child welfare system is highly preferred. Experience in performing the functions of this position description, particularly the essential duties, is also highly preferred.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
