The Visitation Coach is responsible for assisting contracted County Children and Youth Agency's family visitation aspect of assigned county cases. The Visitation Coach is responsible for providing program intake and initial visit, assessment, service planning reporting on service delivery, and communication with the provider agency. They will also provide pre and post contacts with family, social work counseling, and contacts with foster families. Observed visits and all supervised visits will be facilitated by the Visitation Coach. He/she is responsible for developing working relationships with families, children, county agencies, and other service providers. He/she is responsible for documentation and necessary paperwork related to all case activities. He/she will meet regularly with the assigned Visitation Supervisor to review cases and discuss practice issues to improve case management and practice skills.   Position Requirements BSW or MSW -Experience in child welfare or parenting is expected. The Visitation Coach will use his or her vehicle for frequent, daily travel to visits throughout Bucks and/or Montgomery counties.
