Sales Administration is crucial member of the Sales team. This position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders and quotes, as well as scheduling and coordinating deliveries on behalf of the Sales Rep and the customer. Additional duties include providing prompt response on new requests via phone or email and timely follow-up on all open issues. Whether working with our customers, our vendor partners, or internal co-workers, this position must provide a positive customer experience to everyone.

  • Maintain Sales Samples and Literature

THIS IS YOU

The ideal candidate is an organized individual with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A passion for Customer Service is critical for the success of this candidate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with all people, both inside and outside the organization
  • Enjoys and excels at problem solving

Preferred:

  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Industry experience preferred but not required
