About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to our Regional Banking Vice President and manages two of our IncredibleBank branch locations in Marquette, MI (Washington Street and N. 3rd Street).

In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own by completing tasks such as:

  • Developing, maintaining, and cultivating relationships within the community to enhance bank visibility and maximize business development opportunities.
  • Driving bank sales and operations, ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed and that Incredible Customer Experience (ICE) franchise behaviors are observed.
  • Prospecting and counseling potential consumer and small business customers, delivering an Incredible Customer Experience at every point in contact.
  • Implementing workplace strategies to build efficiency and achieve market profit, performance, and ICE goals.
  • Providing strategic leadership, mentoring, and training to team members in a retail bank environment. Reviewing and addressing market staffing, training, and development needs.

This is a regular full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday and 9 am to 12 pm EST on Saturdays.

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and 5+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory and/or management experience required.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in a changing environment.
  • Strong personal and professional leadership skills.
