Responsible for general office/administrative assistance.

 

Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Assists record management staff with the organization, filing and scanning of client records and other agency documents.

 

  • Assists main office administrative staff by typing, faxing and/or copying documents, letters, etc., as needed.

 

  • Assists reception staff with front desk coverage including phones, mail handling and distribution, greeting visitors to the Main Office.

 

  • Assists in stocking office and other supplies in open, common areas (e.g., paper in printer and fax machine, literature center forms, stationary, rest room, etc).

 

  • Assists in keeping the office neat and orderly (e.g., reception area, waiting room, office equipment room, conference room, kichenette, and all other common areas).

 

  • Assists all departments on an as needed basis with approval of the immediate supervisor.
 
Position Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma with two years administrative experience a plus.  Word and Excel a plus.
