Compensation: Highly Competitive Salary - ranging from $100k-130k based on experience Partnership eligibility Bonus eligibility (based on RVU's, Quality of Care metrics, demonstration of Core Values) Tuition reimbursement Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental, vision, 401k Malpractice insurance CME reimbursement Four weeks paid vacation Maternity/Paternity Leave Tail coverage Expectations: Provide urgent care/occupational services in an Urgent Care setting. DOT certification required but will offer training and stipend for the course. Comfortable having 25-30 patients per day on schedule Perform physical exams and patient observations Record patient medical histories and symptoms Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests Monitor and operate medical equipment Prescribe medications as needed Must be fully licensed in the state of North Carolina and hold appropriate board certifications Stellar Urgent Care values diversity as a core tenet of the work we do and the populations we serve.
