Education

A B.S. or B.A. degree in field of study, or specialized banking education and training in related field.

Experience

  1. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
  2. Experience in a regulated environment is desired, specifically experience in banking.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino
  2. Strong collaboration, multi-tasking and organization skills
  3. Analytical skills and process improvement experience
  4. Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both the business units and Integration Team

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day support of business processes within our Salesforce and nCino platform across multiple business lines. Responsible for helping define and document business requirements and business processes. Work hand-in-hand with Integration Team members to help set priorities, drive enhancements, close gaps, and increase overall usage of the Salesforce and nCino platform.

Essential Duties

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  1. A BA must conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, create new workflows, document current processes and systems, create requirements for new or updated processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes.
  1. Has primary responsibility within the Integration Team for the development of business process workflows (current and to be processes), and business case development (cost saving, ROI).
  1. Builds interdependent partnerships, and internal and external relationships, acting as the mediator between the Integration Team and the business while optimizing value for both.
  1. Provides input to the existing production systems and works with the Integration Team and business units to provide recommendations on prioritization of support and enhancements taking into account available resources, release plans, and business value.
  1. Provides day to day support for business processes on existing systems.
  1. Responsible for representing Integration Team while working with the business with an emphasis on characterizing business value, defining requirements, and current state analysis.
  1. Should have an understanding of business priorities and the relative importance of their projects.
  1. Able to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best case solution.
  1. Interacts with Integration Team Leader to help develop estimates, plans, proposals for projects and initiatives, track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business.
  1. Adheres to established SDLC processes and professional IT principles and practices.

Additional Duties

  1. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
  1. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
  1. Coordinates departmental tasks with coworkers inside and outside the department in order to ensure an efficient process and the completion of essential tasks needing proper segregation of duties.
  1. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; complies information as necessary or as directed and provides date to appropriate bank personnel.
  1. Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within give time frames and within established policy.

Ancillary Duties

  1. Performs tasks that are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job and ones that may be altered, re-designed or amended depending upon individual or departmental circumstances.
