The purpose of this position is to be a strong and dedicated leader for the Service Team, diagnose/repair/maintain customer vehicles in order to meet customer, manufacturer and employer standards. Employee is responsible for outstanding customer service and promoting customer satisfaction by ensuring that vehicles are fixed right the first time. Employee is responsible for coordinating with Service Advisor team, other Team Leaders, and Technician’s to efficiently dispatch work promoting timely repair. This position is responsible for the training and development of subordinate technicians and promoting a positive work environment focused on continuous self improvement.
