The CPSI family of companies offers EMR, revenue cycle, and patient engagement software solutions to healthcare providers in the US and around the world. CPSI is launching a healthcare application partner program for 3rd party developers to build apps on the CPSI data platform that can be sold through the CPSI App Store. The App Partner Program Manager will develop and manage a program to recruit, engage, and contract with 3rd party app partners. They will work with the app platform team to ensure the platform contains the features needed for 3rd party app partner success. They will work with the App Sales Manager to drive app sales through the App Store and CPSI inside sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Partner Program Manger an App platform company. A significant background in sales, business development and channel background, demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission and define the strategies to move technology-enabled healthcare application partners forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new partnerships; including researching, identifying and vetting prospects, managing communications and negotiations with prospective partners.
  • Develop and manage revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
  • Establish deep business and technical relationships both internally and externally through your knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Align software, service and platform offerings available making sure solutions developed accelerate platform support and program participation and deliver quality customer experiences.
  • Represent CPSI at programs to drive enrollment across a broad group of categories aligned to the healthcare industry.
  • **Travel may be needed - approximately 25%
Position Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives through leading complex enterprise-wide programs.
    • 7+ years of experience in Healthcare
    • 7+ years of experience developing, enabling and supporting a partner community
    • 7+ years of experience managing sales accounts and territories
    • 7+ years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, and/or program/product management experience with a focus on healthcare
    • 7+ years of experience with technology platforms, cloud computing and modern application design & deployment
  • Established network within the government partner and Healthcare market
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and provide value in a healthcare setting
  • Experience developing an indirect sales channel, growing partner competencies, and delivering sell-through revenue
  • Ability to drive strategic technology discussions at multiple levels with partners and customers
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to collaborate to solve complex business challenges
  • Experience with app platform products
  • Experience with big data and data analytics solutions
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile principles & Waterfall methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
