This position is housed in St. Louis County and also covers St. Louis City and St. Charles County. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-4:45pm. This position is full time and available to start immediately. Duties include but are not limited to: Performing initial assessments of psychosocial needs Participating in creation and updates of care plans Counseling patients and family with feelings associated with the death and dying process Assisting families with funeral planning, advanced directives, etc. Conducting follow up sessions with families Documentation   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
