Description

Respond and commit to provide a positive response to customer calls and e-mails in a professional and timely manner to ensure that the customer fully understands and is satisfied with the flood zone service. Customer communications must be clear and accurate in compliance with Flood Customer Service Procedures to ensure extraordinary service levels are fulfilled.

Customer Service

  • Handles incoming customer service calls and e-mails in a professional and timely manner in compliance with flood procedures.
  • Responds to calls and process incoming e-mails to ensure extraordinary service levels are fulfilled.
  • Responds to requests consisting of user IDs, passwords and, special audit reports requested and/or scheduled on a monthly basis.
  • Deals with irate customers to de-escalate situations.

Request Processing

  • Runs scheduled monthly TotalFlood and LATF Mainframe flood audit/positive reports.
  • Processes daily incoming and outgoing emails, transfers, and cancellation requests.
  • Processes up to 300 daily legal are received from CT Liens via email; ensures that the legals are received and processed through virtual printer.
  • Processes disputes for LATF by contacting the customer with the flood zone findings.
  • Processes daily Re-Checks into the TotalFlood system.
  • Assists as a backup in the Total Flood Queue.
  • Provides responsive assistance to written and verbal customer questions regarding flood services.
  • Receives research requests, and respond to customer requests in a timely manner and in accordance with LERETAs procedures.
 
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Customer Service.
