Description

The Customer Service/Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, and emails, providing solutions to current and potential customer questions regarding VinFast US product, services, and company web site.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Represent the values of VinFast US, while displaying a deep desire to assist customers to join the VinFast US family
  • Work with customer inquiries through Omni Channel (voice, chat, email, SMS, social media)
  • Problem solving while providing steps to customer resolution as the escalation point of contact
  • Properly capturing and qualifying all customer interactions before partnering with other teams (sales, service, etc.)
  • Enter all customer account/interaction details into company database/CRM, as well as other integrated systems, to provide the best practice in supporting customers
  • Supporting each step of the customer journey to create a personalized experience and execute a defined communication process and strategy
  • Understand all inbound and outbound calling processes
  • Continuously gain knowledge of electric vehicle products and industry/technologies
  • Engage customers and fellow team members in a multi-level matrixed customer centric environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in similar role or role related to Customer Service; Contact Center environment and Omni Channel preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational and follow up skills
  • Automotive or direct to consumer experience a plus
  • Experience with call center software, database/CRM, social media, and digital platform
  • Ability to communicate in an upbeat and positive manner in any situation
  • Must be proficient on phone and computer
  • Strong team player and problem solver, with customer service mindset
  • Strong work-ethic and ability to multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Flexibility with hours, including some weekends
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
