Description

George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA has an opening for an Annual Fund Coordinator.

The Annual Fund Coordinator supports the daily operations of George School's annual giving activities. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Strategy, this position manages a wide range of complex administrative operations including implementing, coordinating, and monitoring annual giving projects and interacting with internal and external constituents. This position is responsible for the execution of a comprehensive annual giving program. This position supports a coordinated matrix of communications and solicitations involving email, direct mail, phone, and personal visitation. The coordinator will lead volunteer engagement/recruitment, training, and recognition activities for the annual giving program, including direct work with alumnae, parents, and students.

Position Requirements
  • Fundraising experience in education preferred
  • Volunteer management experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational, administration, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Knowledge of donor databases
