Limited Time Employment offer - $1,000 total signing bonus:
- $500 to be paid after initial hire
- $500 to be paid upon attaining an accumulated total of 100 production bonus points
Compensation: Hourly base pay plus ability to earn a weekly performance-oriented bonus.The position is heavily weighted toward bonus compensation with uncapped earning opportunity.
Schedule/Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday

Our firm is currently seeking qualified individuals with excellent communication and strong customer service skills to perform skiptracing investigations (locates). The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral. Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings. Drug-free workplace. EOE

- High-volume account management
- Manage client and customer communications
- Provide professional and regulatory compliant communication at all times
- Document and update records based on interactions or investigative progress
Employment Offer Details:
Signing bonus paid out as points equating to production bonus earnings. The first half ($500: 20 points) will be included on the employee’s first paycheck. The second half ($500: 20 points) will be included after the employee has accumulated a total of 100 points during his/her training period.
The complete training program is divided into 3 phases of 4 weeks each. Training is completed at the end of Phase 3 as the employee demonstrates satisfactory progress in job competency.
