We are seeking a highly engaged, organized, and personable Recruiting Manager to join our Human Resource Team. In this role, you will design, create, and direct our hiring initiatives as we seek new talent for our organization. You will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding processes. The Recruiting Manager will work closely with our recruiters to achieve sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment goals. To be successful in this role, the Recruiting Manager will have a strong recruitment background with a passion for developing a strong talent pool and meeting/exceeding hiring targets. The ideal candidate is a team leader with the ability to make effective decisions quickly.

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting team management experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the Affordable Housing industry
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, Ascentis a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and implementation strategies
  • Proven ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization, and to establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, managers, and leaders
  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources preferred
