Summary: Individuals in the job are responsible for assisting Tropical Financial Credit Union in achieving its purpose of guiding members successfully through the financial marketplace. The individual in this job will serve as a specialist responsible for building, monitoring, strategizing, and analyzing an end-to-end digital data analytics landscape. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Implementation of a clear, trackable digital data analytics strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with the team to create reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) across our current tools, such as Hubspot, PowerBI, and Google Analytics. Coordination across internal and external partners ensures digital data is fed into the correct systems (Hubspot, data warehouse, partner platforms, etc.). A/B test and continually measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations based on data collected. Lead internal and external expansion efforts to evaluate new tools, opportunities, and collections for enhanced insights. Collect data to create pre and post-analysis reports for digital marketing campaigns to interpret effectiveness. Optimize website content and work with cross-functional teams to ensure information is effective and up-to-date. Manage and continually evolve data structure within the marketing automation platform, Hubspot. Collaborate with Digital Growth Strategist to optimize marketing’s conversion paths, tracks goals, and test theories to increase marketing-qualified leads. Analyze segment lists based on behaviors and provide recommendations for best use cases Develop vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow across marketing Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to retain their membership at the credit union. Monitoring performance, improving data integrity, developing and tracking against KPIs Compliance: BSA Compliance - every employee is required to uphold the credit union’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and procedures. Specific functions within TFCU will consider the awareness of unusual or suspicious activity relevant to the department. In addition to any other assigned training courses, online BSA and OFAC courses must be completed at least annually, as made available by the Training and Compliance Departments. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Fair Lending, and Credit Card Act. Comply with all TFCU policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such regulations. Performs other duties as required with or without accommodation. Education and Experience BA/BS in Digital Marketing or related and two years of related experience or five years and HS Diploma of equivalent work experience required. HubSpot Certification preferred HTML Certification preferred Two years or greater experience developing reports in various data platforms (Hubspot, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, etc.) Two years or greater experience interpreting web analytics, A/B testing, and visualizing data.
