Our Service Assistants are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering outstanding service. From the time a guest calls for an appointment, to when the keys are safely handed back, this position covers a variety of customer services that reflect our commitment to providing a safe and reliable vehicle.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through in-person transactions, inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
Efficiently schedule service appointments ensuring we accurately capture the guest's service needs and make courtesy outbound calls (no solicitation).
Resolve customers' challenges with the best solutions by using all resources. Understanding the range of products and services available to offer guests options tailored specifically to meet their automotive needs.
Perform various administrative duties, including, but not limited to: printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, obtaining required information, auditing/scanning/filing completed paperwork, cash/payment management.
