Director of Demand Generation

Responsible for driving growth in sales, customer acquisition and assisting in the development of the overall business development strategy. Deliver results as a strategic and results oriented leader for the demand generation team which consists of prospect facing programs for both the martech and printing sides of the business, marketing operations, and web management optimization. This leader would report to the CMO and be highly motivated, creative, fast-paced, and a problem solver.


  • Build and execute PFL’s Demand Generation strategy in partnership with the CMO, sales leadership, and your team
  • Partner with CMO and CSO to create a revenue machine that is predictable, scalable, and low friction
  • Increase MQLs, SALs, and pipeline from marketing programs
  • Build an ABM-focused motion
  • Work closing with the Partnership team to create campaigns to support their demand generation efforts
  • Meet or exceed Sales and Marketing net-new revenue goals
  • Evaluate existing martech stack and determine the right mix, people resources, use cases, and investment
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support the BDR team with compelling messaging, sequence support, and campaign execution enablement
  • Lead with a mix of inspiration, teaching, and accountability that will foster a winning culture within marketing and sales


  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with proven leadership skills
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing for “1 to 1”, “1 to few”, and “1 to many” strategies
  • A strong data-driven point of view on the efficacy of different marketing channels and how to leverage them in integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage the martech stack and data quality
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Creative, out of the box thinker with an ability to adhere to and maximize a budget
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful reports and actionable insights
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and time-management skills
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tool such as Marketo
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly

The rest of the stuff: Compensation $125-150K DOE. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, paid parental leave and more.
