Assist in establishing field service policies and procedures. The Project Manager is also responsible for assisting in field services profitability goals. Establish and maintain customer relations. Supervise a well-trained and motivated staff.   Responsibilities Work directly with sales team to identify potential customers. Develop relationships with key customers and act as primary contact. Understand and communicate client requirements to sales reps and field service crew supervisor. Perform site walks for project identification. Cross sell additional ERC services to customer. Assist in completing bid packages and project estimation. Perform job site inspections. Oversee delegated projects from conception to completion. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project are billed correctly. Ensure proper paperwork flow (from sales, logistics, field service and accounting.) Other duties as assigned. PM22   Position Requirements Qualifications Five to Seven years of industry experience which includes supervisory responsibility. 40-hour Haz-Woper Certificate Direction of field service operations Advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.   Physical Demands Vision: Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or project requirements. Lifting: 10-50 lbs Must be able to climb ladders and work in high or confined places Will be required to use safety equipment including but not limited to; eye wear, hearing protection, hard hats, work boots.
