These are full-time, temp positions with the following duties: in-office, in-home or phone assessments, assisting clients with benefits and entitlements, referrals, monitoring calls, and documentation. Positions available at different offices in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.   Position Requirements Home visits and covid vaccination are required.
