Description

The Director of Sales, New Mobility will be required to develop, implement, and maintain B2B sales strategies and targets for the Company in the mobility, car sharing, and subscription market. This role will work collaboratively with other departments within VinFast to ensure our new mobility customers are properly supported and their feedback is collected and disseminated amongst other departments such as engineering, operations, marketing, finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Design, implement and maintain a multi-year business strategy for the B2B business within the new mobility, car sharing, and vehicle subscription markets.
  • Forecast New Mobility sales for the B2B team providing strategic vision towards the forecast.
  • Develops and maintains a Mobility marketing strategy utilizing the expertise of the Marketing team to attract new business in the mobility, car sharing, subscription business.
  • Develop and secure contracts for pilot projects and key deployments
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the new mobility industry
  • Perform implementation of global deals.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Manage sales pipeline based on KPIs and deliverables. Must have experience with CRM dashboards and reporting.
  • Consistently review cost of the B2B operations to ensure resource allocations are efficient and meeting KPI’s.
  • Provide revenue forecasts that are reasonable and meet organizational targets.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities by evaluating potential mobility, car sharing, and subscription fleet partners for VinFast B2B products.
  • Partner with operations and finance to ensure the production, servicing and financing /insurance meet customer needs, communicating needs in a constructive manner.
  • Manage existing client and prospect communications on a regular basis to ensure clients/prospects stay satisfied and are actively engaged.
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years related experience in sales or account management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in the mobility, car sharing and vehicle subscription market.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound sales.
  • Self-starter – drive to develop effective processes and takes initiative.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills – builds effective relationships across departments.
  • Team player: comfortable consistently working with multiple teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable problem solver with a positive outlook.
