Essential Duties Performs the essential duties of the position in a manner that is consistent with and supports the organization's focus on creating a culture of gracious service and hospitality (Hospitality, Excellence, Accountability, Resourcefulness, and Teamwork).   Position Requirements BSW or MSW with (1) year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals required. Supervisory experience is normally required. Experience in assessing, developing, and implementing a plan of care for residents with behavioral health challenges and intellectual disabilities desired. knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, as well as current State Department of Health long-term care regulations.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
