Provides individual and group therapy to people who have experienced psychiatric symptoms to assist them to discover the strengths they have and can use to enhance their recovery. Works with individuals, families, groups, and collateral contacts to develop and implement an action plan. Provide clinical services to customers according to established treatment/recovery plan, including individual or family sessions and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices when applicable. Provides telephone and face-to-face outreach to individuals in crisis or need of additional support, as assigned, during hours when individuals are not at the program. Interview admission candidates for the Outpatient program, understanding the persons needs and preferences. Responsible for all development/writing of treatment/recovery plans, and associated team coordination in compliance with standards and regulations. Evaluate evidence-based practices, curriculum, and materials for group therapy use.   Position Requirements PA LCSW with 2+ years experience in the mental health field. Knowledge of Medicare is a plus. Must meet CBH requirements as a mental health professional.
