The following highlights the responsibilities of this position: Human Resources Duties Assist in conducting new-employee orientations and process onboarding. Maintaining employee files Order processing; RoadIDs, Business Cards, Benefit Reminders, HR Mailings, Staples Order for the department and floor Payroll Duties Hire, terminate, and maintain employee payroll records: Direct deposit Tax withholding Deductions (benefits, garnishments, etc.) Compensation changes Employee loan program Enter weekly timesheets Attendance (through excel uploads) Paid time off Training hours for Field Employees Per diem submissions   Position Requirements Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.) Ability to learn new software quickly.
