Share Email Opening Title Regional Sales Manager  Category Sales and Marketing   Description Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and regions for Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. Manage customer activity, conduct customer training and education programs. Grow sales volume with existing customers. Locate and convert prospects to customers. Grow product and service sales, increase the number of profitable customers, improve quality and quantity of customer’s purchases. Works closely with operations to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. product line takes place, while maintaining company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for increasing market penetration, evaluating market potential, pricing and bringing a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the efforts of the company. Adheres to and promotes Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. values by performing duties in a manner that are consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
