Ingleside Communities is a not-for-profit community based facility providing a continuum of senior living services from nursing and rehabilitation, to assisted living, to senior apartments to the residents of Mt. Horeb and it's surrounding communities. Ingleside is just a short 15 minute drive from the west side of Madison.
We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Resident Assistants. Communication and interactions with residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.
The Resident Assistant perrforms a variety of assistive care duties, under the direct supervision of the Manager, or Shift Leader to ensure the resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP) is being followed. Encourages residents to maintain their independence, assist and guides residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as necessary. Provides a home-like environment that encourages the optimum level of physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual activity. The Resident Assistant works independently, using sound judgment in the provision of personal and medical care, activities, and housekeeping/laundry services as scheduled. Must maintain a caring attitude towards residents at all times and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
