IT Manager 

Position IT Manager  
Location Raining Rose, Inc.  


This position is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all IT functions, as well as supporting management with strategic planning and day to day operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)

  • Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)
  • Leads innovation and automation projects by transforming digital processes to be more efficient and effective.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to translate business needs into technical projects. Can scope, develop, lead, and implement project solutions that generate return on investment for the business.
  • Develop organizational strategies by identifying and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the organizations strategic thinking and direction. Establish department objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a technical information security program and disaster recovery program. Maintain security and privacy of systems and data.
  • Provides support, and expertise including but not limited to the following areas:
    • IT infrastructure
    • Telecommunications structure
    • User support
    • Security, including camera, card entrance and alarm system.
    • Digital automation
    • ERP system support
  • Manage IT operations by recruiting, selecting, and coaching staff. Responsible for developing productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies. Able to understand workload balancing and project prioritization.
  • Develop IT operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and expenses.
  • Ensure technology and applications efficiency, reliability, and security through the use of best/standard business practices and effective management.
  • Manage and direct computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
  • Firm understanding and compliance with companys Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices
  • Regular attendance

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field required
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ of management and/or leadership experience preferred
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ of experience in a relatable field preferred
  • Experience with business process improvement team and initiatives preferred
  • Experience with ERP software preferred
  • Technical experience with both PC’s and Mac’s required
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of databases and ability to create reports required
  • Knowledge of functional business processes required
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, BI, and cloud voice integration is preferred
