ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Demonstrate solid technical competence for all products and services sold.
  • Assume direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations.
  • Sell devices, accessories and other Cricket offerings to meet/ exceed established quotas.
  • Train, coach, develop, and manage sales team through the direction of the District Manager.
 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work varied schedule with flexibility.
  • 1 year experience, hiring, developing, and managing employees.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
  • Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Customer Service Management experience is preferred, but not required.
