OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals. This team leader position will be responsible for the supervision of Direct Service Professionals and Independent Living staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided. Services are provided in home environments and throughout the community to establish positive routines, develop functional skills and for the enhancement of daily living skills.   Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have strong oral and written communication skills Must have basic math skills Must have a proven work history, with supervisory experience Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting Must be available to work various shifts Must have a valid drivers license, meeting requirements of  insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Pay Rate $19.50 per hour   Position Direct Support Professional   Location Concordia   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
