Tahoe Donner is a vibrant and desirable mountain community providing attractive and well-maintained facilities, events, programs and leading customer service to its members, guests and public, all while maintaining accessible and healthy natural surroundings.Tahoe Donner is an eclectic community with a passion for outdoor recreation and a celebration of the Tahoe lifestyle.   Description The Maintenance Worker III performs journey level skilled tasks in the maintenance, alteration, and repairs of Association buildings and amenities and to provide training and project direction for other maintenance staff as assigned.   Position Requirements The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus six months related experience and/or training in maintenance of buildings; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires possession of valid Class A or B Driver License with a driving record meeting the minimum standards required by the Association insurance carrier.
