To maintain company equipment in accordance with company standards while maximizing utilization and uptime with a focus on company cost objectives.   PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES. Assist in performing most repairs and services. Repair equipment in the most effective manner with a focus on quality and cost control. Conduct all repairs in a manner that emphasizes personal and coworker safety. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. • Experienced in computer based maintenance systems. • High school diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED SKILLS. • Minimum one year of experience in vehicle repair. SUPERVISES OTHERS. • This position does not supervise others. WORKING CONDITIONS.
