Looking for a Full-Time Clinical Managerfor our Community Mental Health CenterDepartment.

 

Job Summary:

Provide management, direction, and coordination of staff to ensure full provision of clinically sound services to clients. The Clinical Manager is the primary contact person for clients and families and will lead efforts to engage clients in treatment.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the team-based process
  • Be the team lead in completing intake/assessments and formulating service Plans
  • Provide individual, family and group counseling services, support, education, consultation, and basic services to clients and their families
  • Offer on-site and outreach services
  • Fulfill case management services, including direct linkages to services, service coordination, treatment enrollment assistance, and so forth
  • Communicate observations and information about the client in our client's service record and to team members
  • Assess and evaluate clients at intake, during ongoing service delivery, and at discharge
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to establish comprehensive assessments and service plans
  • Create service plan containing relevant, measurable goals and set realistic time frames for achievement
  • Assure clients use a shared decision-making process to develop their service plan
  • Be member of an inter-disciplinary team and provide all needed support services to clients based on their reported goals and desires in the service plans
  • Facilitate team and family meetings

 

What We Need to See:

  • Master's Degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university and experience providing clinical services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
  • A minimum three years' program management, administrative and supervisory experience.
  • Must have the ability to respond to clients for crisis intervention.
  • Provisional/Professional Licensure to practice counseling/clinical social work (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
