Join FCC as the Program Coordinator for our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility, Hiawatha Hall

As the Program Coordinator,you will be responsible for the operation and oversight of Hiawatha Hall and the employees that staff it.

What are the primary responsibilities of this Program Coordinator position?

  • Operation of Hiawatha Hall (Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Facility) and additional programs, as needed
  • Supervise and mentor program staff
  • Foster staff development
  • Assist in development of annual budget and monitor income and expenses throughout the year.
  • Oversee program licensing and certification requirements to include policy and procedure development.
  • Engage as a collaborative member of the agency leadership team.
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Implement creative solutions for quality improvement of the program(s)
  • Market programs externally
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the agencys mission, vision, and values

** This position works with clients with severe and persistent mental health needs **

Experience

  • 3 years experience working with an at-risk population or in mental health
  • At least two years experience as a program manager or supervisor in the field.

Education

  • Minimum of bachelors degree in a human services field
