POSITION SUMMARY
The person who is hired for our Online Enrollment Recruiter position is responsible for recruiting students into Ohio Christian University's Online programs through follow up with leads and generating leads.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour commensurate upon experience
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Generate leads by seeking referrals of prospects, applicants, and students
- Carry prospective student from inquiry to registration
- Track incoming applicant paperwork for each cohort star and oversee Sonis database updates
- Articulate Financial Aid options and transcript reviews
- Complete daily and weekly reports
- Take initiative in growing and maintaining the program
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure prospects and applicants are registered
- Evening and weekend hours may be required
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in student recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication skills (including telephone and interpersonal)
- Evidence of goal-oriented performance
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Customer focused
