What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The Recruitment Supervisor will lead talent acquisition, retention, and strategy. The Recruitment Supervisor will develop and execute strategies to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need using a variety of approaches, including research on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sources. The Recruitment Supervisor will enhance Boundless’ visibility and reputation in key recruiting markets to position Boundless as an employer of choice amongst candidates. The Recruiting Supervisor must be innovative and have strong business acumen. The Recruiting Supervisor will supervise, mentor, and train HR Coordinators. This is a remote position, local to Ohio.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ATS and full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of one to three years of full-cycle recruiting experience or management and/or leadership experience.
- Track record of success attracting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiting Specialist, Boolean search strings and other related systems and tactics.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of US compliance/employment laws and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of solving problems.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- A team player with evidence of innovative ideas and approaches to solve problems.
- Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across the organization through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or other complex healthcare needs.
- Masters Degree.
- HR Certification.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily remote position. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Sr. Recruiters and Human Resources Coordinators.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Travel
Travel is rare but primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected occasionally.
