The Portfolio Reporting Document Specialist duties include a review of scanned documents for established requirements and completeness, uploading of files to external repositories, saving and storing of computer files, and management of required document corrections. Person must be thorough, have strong attention to detail, have strong organization skills, and be a good communicator. Knowledge of computer operating systems required and experience with Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferred. Position is part-time with daily flexible hours (4) between 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
