Share Email Opening Title Administrative Assistant  Category Healthcare   Description Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work full time to support the provision of Outpatient Mental Health services in the Pine City office.   Qualifications and qualities desired:  The person in this position will be a key support to the organization and its mission by conducting general office responsibilities.  Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and interest and capability to learn our Electronic Health Record system, (Procentive) is required.  This is a very important position and work responsibilities are key to supporting our therapists' work with children, teens, and adults  We need a candidate with general office skills including scanning, printing, people skills including reception, phone, verbal and writing skills. This position also includes assisting with scheduling appointments, facilitating forms completion, collecting co-pays, and assisting with Quality Assurance and case closings.  The candidate in this position needs to be welcoming and enjoy people, have a kind disposition and sensitivity for persons struggling with mental health, can work independently and as part of a team, likes variety, is organized, and finds satisfaction in supporting internal operations success.   The clinical staff are an awesome group of professionals, company culture is positive, caring  and pleasant.   This position requires sensitivity, dependability, and professionalism in handling confidential material.
