Description

The Implementation Specialist is dedicated to managing the steps of a new BMS client onboard to ensure successful NCM software system implementation. This role will support the implementation process, hold regularly scheduled meetings with clients, and provide individualized customer service to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Onboard and implement new clients using strong organizational and project management skills
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams regarding onboarding details.
  • Track progress and completion of the Onboard using internal processes.
  • Become proficient with the product and understand client requirements.
  • Lead various types of individual and/or team trainings to new users.
  • Consult with clients on best practices for a successful implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal key stakeholders to successfully implement NCM software system.
  • Offer regular status updates on project deliverables and milestones through defined processes.
  • Effectively manage and execute multiple concurrent projects with important deadlines.
  • Be the product expert and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Complete onboarding follow-up with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line platform support during implementation periods.
  • Provide exemplary customer service via email and phone.
  • Communicate all client feedback to the NCM team.
  • Build and foster strong client relationships and provide other onboarding services as needed.
  • Develop onboarding materials and processes for the software platform as needed.
  • Analyze product data to ensure clients achieve user adoption and engagement targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement across the entire client lifecycle to drive continuous enhancements to NCM Associates processes, systems, and workflows.
 
Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a client or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Education or certifications in accounting, software or finance an asset
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Basic competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
    • Project Management or Coordination experience is desired.

Key Skills and Accountabilities:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient tasks to implement new clients.
    • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and policies.
    • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot and resolve errors and issues.
    • Deepen and strengthen client relationships and establish trust.
    • Identify activities, processes and opportunities to improve the client experience.
    • Ability to adjust priorities and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
    • Diffuse and manage situations and discussions.
    • Provide detailed and accurate information to clients, colleagues and leaders.
    • Work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Think creatively and resourcefully across interactions with various groups.
