Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Cedar Rapids team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team of professionals. Bolton & Menk is regional, consulting engineer firm with over 70 years of experience serving the Upper Midwest.

What You Will Do:
As a Project Manager you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will be the client services manager and provide on-going communication related to projects & needs. In this position you will also lead your project teams and provide coaching and mentoring. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our municipal market.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.
- Experience with client relationship management and business development.
- Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships
- Experience conducting community meetings and communication
- Previous supervisory experience
