Share Email Opening Title Customer Service Representative   Description MME group, a contract manufacturer in Vadnais Heights, MN, is looking for a career-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a main point of contact with our customers, ensuring that we are consistently meeting their needs. We are seeking a well-rounded individual who is both enthusiastic and detail oriented to become part of our customer support team.   Build and maintain customer relationships Understand customer expectations with new and repeat orders Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding new orders, status updates, scheduling and shipping as well as general process related questions Create and maintain customer accounts in our ERP system Enter customer purchase order information into database ERP system to create work orders Assist in the processing of paperwork required to schedule and ship customer orders. Confirm pricing and availability Notify customers of discrepancies or issues with their orders Maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand sales forecast Participate on project teams for new programs   Position Requirements   Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred with previous experience as customer service rep, receptionist, call center agent, data entry clerk, or other similar role required Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus Proficient in MS Office Excel, Outlook and Word as well as previous experience with ERP systems Ability to communicate clearly with strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze problems and solve work related issues in a professional manner Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks High level of attention to detail Accountable, quality focused and goal driven Team oriented with a solution mentality Communicate with production team to obtain order status updates and ensure orders are completed on time Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and customers Good math skills and mechanical aptitude Effective Team Player with the ability to also work Independently   MME group is a place for people who care about their work, care about their co-workers and know how to have fun!
