Our unwavering commitment to our Associates, their health and safety, self-directed work teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement create a rewarding and fun place to work.   Description Job Summary The Wash Associate is responsible for the entire wash process; startup, shutdown, quality tests, maintenance, and repair, and must be able to rebuild components as needed.  Position may require heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working at elevated heights, and working outside in all weather conditions.  Position requires basic maintenance, equipment operation, and computer skills.  An understanding of the mining process to assist when needed is essential.  Badger Mining offers generous benefits, competitive wages, and associates are eligible for immediate profit sharing.   Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma Basic math and ready skills Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills Strong ability to problem solve High-level attention to detail Mechanically inclined Experience operating heavy equipment a plus Job Specific Responsibilities Running heavy equipment to feed wash system Running tests to ensure quality Monitoring infeed and outfeed of product Operating the wash to maintain up-time Performing basic maintenance functions   Physical Abilities   Travel   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
