This position will report directly to the Electrical Supervisor.   Essential Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Prioritize, schedule, and complete incoming work requests while providing a safe work environment and a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform scheduled and proactive maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure a high level of operation. Compile information from walk-through assessments to proactively resolve any issues in order to maintain world-class facilities. Coordinate needed repairs, manage equipment replacement, and oversee vendor performance. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, drilling systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of equipment does not deteriorate. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components. Diagnose electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and part catalogs as necessary. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Wages: $36.00/hr - $45.00/hr DOQ and DOE   Position Requirements Education and Experience Electrician/maintenance technician diploma or degree, with 2-4 years experience.
